Dental website design

Dental website design that turns a visit into a booked appointment

Most dental websites don’t lose patients on looks. They lose them on trust and on the way to booking: reviews nobody can see, a form that asks a dozen questions, a phone number you can’t tap. We know because we audit dental websites by hand — 145 of them so far.

What every site we build has

  • Your reviews where the decision happens. Your Google rating and real patient reviews on the first screens, linked to the source.
  • Booking from the homepage. Your online scheduler if you have one, or a short request — name, phone, a time that suits — with a clear “we got it” afterwards.
  • A phone number that dials. Tap-to-call on every page, and hours and an address that match your Google listing exactly.
  • Your people, not stock photos. Your dentists, team and rooms. Patients are choosing who they’ll trust with their mouth.
  • Pages for the treatments you want more of — implants, Invisalign, emergency care — named the way patients search, with your town in the title.
  • The basics, done right. https without warnings, image descriptions, practice and review markup, fast on a phone.
  • Every call and request tracked into our CRM, so you can see which pages and campaigns bring booked patients.

Questions dentists ask us

What should a dental website have?

Your Google rating where patients can see it, a way to book from the homepage, a phone number that starts a call when tapped, and your own team and rooms. Among 112 practices ranking near the ones we audited, 82% had tap-to-call, 72% online booking or an appointment request button, and 42% linked or embedded their Google reviews.

Can I see the new site before I commit?

Yes. We build a preview of your new site — with your real services, reviews and photos — before we even talk. If you like it, we talk about the rest.

How fast does a dental website need to be?

Fast enough that nobody notices. Most dental sites we measured already are: the median homepage loaded on a phone in 1.4 seconds, and 19% took longer than three seconds (n = 62). Speed matters, but trust and the path to booking usually matter more.

Will I lose my Google rankings if the site changes?

Not if the move is done properly: the same domain, every old address forwarded to its new page, and titles that keep naming your treatments and town. We check this before anything goes live.
